The platform connects fans, sports clubs and commercial partners through an integrated ecosystem of digital solutions. Today, it brings together the supporters of four Bulgarian football clubs, with two more clubs preparing to join.

The ultrafan SuperApp has surpassed 50,000 users, marking an important milestone in the platform’s development. ultrafan brings club content, fan engagement, loyalty and commerce together in one connected digital ecosystem.

The platform is already live for supporters of CSKA Sofia, Botev Plovdiv, FC Dunav Ruse and PFC Cherno More Varna, with Spartak Varna and Lokomotiv Plovdiv set to join the network soon. As its reach continues to grow, ultrafan is establishing itself as a strategic partner in the digital transformation of Bulgarian sport.

Turning supporters into an active part of the team

ultrafan brings everything fans need from their favourite club together in one place. Through the official club apps, supporters can follow news, fixtures, results and statistics, take part in predictions, quizzes and challenges, connect with other fans and add friends.

Every activity earns UFP – UltraFan Points, allowing users to climb club leaderboards and unlock special benefits and exclusive fan experiences. UFP points have no monetary value and are not linked to financial gain. They serve as a measure of each supporter’s activity and engagement with the club.

The integrated shopping area gives fans access to exclusive offers and preferential terms from a growing network of brands. With every purchase made through the app, supporters earn UFP points while also providing financial support to their chosen club.

In this way, everyday fan activity creates meaningful value for both the supporter and the team.

One connected technology ecosystem for clubs

For sports organisations, ultrafan is far more than a mobile application. The platform connects the entire digital fan journey – from the first interaction with the club to matchday attendance, ticket purchases and club merchandise.

The official club app becomes the central channel for content, communication, games, commerce and loyalty. It can also integrate digital tickets, season passes, stadium access control and cashless payments, making services faster and more convenient while connecting on-site activity to each supporter’s individual profile.

The club website and online fan shop can be managed within the same connected environment. Content, tickets, products, orders and personalised offers become part of one seamless user experience.

At the centre of the ecosystem is Single FanID – one profile providing access to the app, website, ticketing, online shop and other club services. Fans use a single identity across every touchpoint, while clubs gain a clearer and more complete understanding of their audience.

Data from different digital channels is consolidated through the platform’s DataLake and DataWarehouse solutions. The Know Your Fan analytics module transforms this information into actionable insight, showing clubs which topics attract the greatest interest, which activities generate the strongest engagement and which offers deliver measurable results.

This enables clubs to build valuable first-party data, maintain year-round relationships with supporters and make better-informed decisions. The platform also creates new revenue opportunities, strengthens club commerce and increases the value sports organisations can offer sponsors and commercial partners.

A powerful new channel for commercial partners

For brands, ultrafan provides direct access to active and loyal fan communities. Instead of relying on one-off visibility around individual matches, partners can engage supporters throughout the year through relevant offers, integrated commerce and campaigns linked to club activities and UFP points.

This turns ultrafan into a measurable business channel capable of driving awareness, traffic, sales and repeat purchases. Campaign performance can be tracked, while offers can be continuously optimised based on real audience behaviour and interests.

The platform already connects fans with 25 commercial partners across sport, technology, health and beauty, travel, insurance, home, children’s goods, food and beverages. Partners include Booking.com, Douglas, Ozone, Hippoland, Boleron, Sport Depot, Notino, Tefal, iHerb, Mr. Pizza, vidaXL and more.

Soon, available offers will also be featured on an interactive map, helping users discover participating stores and fan benefits near them.

Long-term value for the sports ecosystem

The ultrafan model aligns the interests of supporters, clubs and businesses.

Fans build a closer relationship with their favourite team and gain access to exclusive benefits and experiences. Clubs develop their own digital channels, understand their audiences better and create new revenue streams. Commercial partners reach highly engaged communities through relevant and measurable campaigns.

Reaching 50,000 users demonstrates the potential of a unified digital environment in which content, community, loyalty, data and commerce work together.

As the club network expands and new features are introduced, ultrafan is taking the next step towards building a leading digital fan ecosystem for Bulgarian sport.
