As a Product Designer, you will report to the Head of Design and play a key role in shaping the experience of our mobile products, helping football clubs create stronger digital connections with their supporters. Working closely with Product Managers and Engineers, you will transform user needs and business objectives into intuitive, accessible, and engaging product experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Product Design
- Design intuitive, user-centered mobile experiences from concept to implementation.
- Translate product requirements, user insights, and business goals into effective design solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
- Continuously improve existing product experiences based on user feedback, analytics, and business objectives.
Design System
- Build, maintain, and evolve a scalable design system that supports product consistency and efficiency.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for components, patterns, and design guidelines.
- Ensure design consistency across products by promoting shared standards and best practices.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Participate in product discovery, ideation workshops, design reviews, and sprint planning.
- Present design concepts and communicate design decisions with clarity and confidence.
User Experience & Accessibility
- Apply user-centered design and design thinking methodologies to solve complex product challenges.
- Design accessible experiences that comply with WCAG AA standards.
- Advocate for usability, accessibility, and inclusive design principles across the product.
What We’re Looking For:
Required
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for mobile applications.
- Proven experience designing and maintaining complex design systems with clear documentation.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and design thinking methodologies.
- Experience creating interactive prototypes using Figma or equivalent design tools.
- Experience working within cross-functional product teams.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
Preferred
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.
- Experience designing products with accessibility as a core requirement.
- Understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Interest in sports, fan engagement, or digital consumer products.
